Strengthening TVET in South Sudan through Greening and Gender Transformation. Report of the Baseline Study
UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training
The Government of South Sudan, in collaboration with UNESCO, is implementing a project with the aim of strengthening TVET in South Sudan. The project commissioned a baseline study to engage stakeholders in an in-depth discussion to unpack what they consider to be the key entry points and pathways to enable TVET to effectively accelerate a green, gender-empowered and climate-resilient agenda for inclusive and sustainable economies and to catalyze the role of all stakeholders, particularly women and girls, in achieving inclusive and peaceful societies. The study aims to provide baseline information that could potentially guide and catalyze green and gender transformative development of TVET.
