Selected literature on the use of daily/weekly report cards with parent-managed contingencies to modify school learning and behavior problems is reviewed. Evaluates the effect a behavior modification program for teachers had on verbal classroom interaction. Results indicated a positive relationship was found between taking the human relations course and developing verbal communication skills. Examined the effects of a training program for geriatric staff designed to reduce the functional dependency of targeted health-related facility residents.
