A peer-initiation training procedure was implemented across multiple peer trainers to investigate social interactions between two severely withdrawn autistic children (8 and 10-years-old) and their nonhandicapped peers. Data from 200 Israeli employees on tardiness, absences, job satisfaction, and intent to leave were used to test three models.
