An innovative drug information and rap program on a Big 10 campus provides elements that may be adopted for other campus drug programs. This article proposes a policy and evaluates peer counselors, a library, professional referring, use of films, and services in dorms and in classrooms. (Author)

A telephone tape program designed to provide basic mental and physical health information to callers is described. The tapes were especially constructed to offer assistance to callers in coping with personal and social issues as well as problems of daily living and to offer referral sources for these problems.
