Over the last few months, EDUCAUSE has been focusing on analytics. As people hear from experts, meet with association members, and watch the marketplace evolve, a number of common themes are emerging. Conversations have shifted from "What is analytics?" to "How do we get started, and how do we use analytics well?" What people are hearing from experienced implementers can benefit those who are getting started. In this article, the author describes what implementers say and discusses how to get started with analytics. (Contains 3 notes.)
