The scholarship of teaching at Laurea University of Applied Sciences is undergoing a great change. The purpose of this article is to reflect the SWOT-analysis produced by 13 teachers at the end of the 2-year PD programme for Transformative Teaching concerning the implementation of the new pedagogical model of Laurea called Learning by Developing which is based on pragmatism. The SWOT-analysis is reflected with the theoretical perspectives of expertise and teaching, peer coaching and pedagogical leadership as well as pedagogical strategy. (Contains 2 figures.)
