There is a set of people in China's cyberspace today that is called "angry youth." Angry youth, to put it nicely, are young people who are angry about something. Young people are often angry. As they enter society, they find innumerable obstacles in their way, such as, experts and specialists, rules and regulations, seniority and orders of precedence, and either because they know nothing or know everything, young people get angry and attempt to break down these obstacles. And as they do so, they look for reasons other than their anger to justify their behavior. This article examines the various social causes for the rise of the "Angry Youth" phenomenon, focusing particularly on the Internet. The author very clearly sees this phenomenon in very negative terms.
