Seeking Excellence in Counselor Education: One School's Journey
Sheehan, Timothy J.
Journal of Teaching in the Addictions, v2 n2 p97-109 2003
Assuring learning outcomes that result in expert alcohol and drug dependency counseling is a continuous challenge for educators. Key ingredients included building a school--rather than a program, establishing a center of excellence model, and creating a curriculum that afforded high performance outcomes. (Contains 2 figures.)
