The participants discuss the tendencies and changes of the teaching personnel of colleges and universities today. Among others, A. E. Krukhmalev discusses the questions relating to the social and demographic aspects of the teaching corps of colleges and universities, in particular whether the trends of aging and feminization remain urgent issues, how things stand when it comes to the rotation of teaching cadres, transfers, and mobility.
