Examines four different aspects of employment that can be used to evaluate vocational rehabilitation (VR) outcomes beyond successful closure. Comparisons were made among VR consumers with hearing loss, VR consumers with other disabilities, and the general labor force. Results indicate that differences between both consumer groups and the general labor force were found across all employment outcome areas. (Contains 28 references and 4 tables.) (GCP)
