Surveys school psychologists to determine if differences exist among practitioners in the various U.S. Census regions. Variability among the regions was noted for variables of demographic characteristics, current and preferred roles, job satisfaction, assessment practices, and system reform beliefs and attitudes. Findings are discussed in the context of recent legislative changes and are compared to findings from previous national surveys. (Contains 22 references and 5 tables.) (GCP)
