Applying Existential Theory and Intervention to Career Decision-Making.
Cohen, Benjamin N.
Journal of Career Development, v29 n3 p195-209 Spr 2003

A career decision-making model based on this framework has four elements: awareness of responsibility and freedom, evaluation of meaning and the authentic self, action, and reevaluation.
