Measures of burnout and job satisfaction completed by 166 college student support services staff revealed a significant negative relationship between emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction; significant positive relationship between personal accomplishment and job satisfaction; and a significant relationship between job satisfaction and three burnout components (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, accomplishment).
