Some Legal Implications of CBT Stress Counselling in the Workplace.
Morris, Neil; Raabe, Bianca
British Journal of Guidance & Counselling, v30 n1 p55-62 Feb 2002
Proposes that recent, successful litigation in the UK against 'stress-inducing' employers suggests that therapists need to be aware of the possible pitfalls of providing stress counseling in the workplace. Recommendations for reducing that likelihood are provided. (Contains 19 references.) (GCP)
