An Examination of the Roles of Career Uncertainty, Flexibility, and Control in Predicting Emotional Exhaustion.
Ito, Jack K.; Brotheridge, Celeste M.
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v59 n3 p406-24 Dec 2001
Structural equation modeling of data from 204 government workers indicated that career control significantly influenced the effects of career dependence and flexibility on emotional exhaustion.
