Investigates 140 student teachers' perceptions of the characteristics or roles teachers use in fostering creativity of primary and secondary students. Finds that student teachers value primary teachers who exhibit pedagogical skills, creative and interpersonal disposition, and classroom management skills, and secondary teachers who have creative dispositions and social, pedagogical, and thinking skills.
