Describes one district's collaborative approaches to literacy development for all students. Highlights include: author visits; reading incentive programs; projects using creative expressions of information; literacy collaboration in high school; development, by teacher-librarians, teachers, and administrators, of a guide to integrated information literacy skills; and factors that helped facilitate collaboration.
