Poindexter, Joy Delene
Journal of Educational Opportunity, v16 n1 p11-46 Spr-Sum 1997
A study investigated attitudes of 13 high school teachers, three administrators, and eight special-needs students toward integration of academic and vocational education. Results suggest that changing instructional techniques enhanced integration efforts, resulted in upgraded instructional materials and curriculum, improved collaboration between academic and vocational teachers, and maintained student attendance and grades.
