Assesses adolescents' knowledge about HIV and AIDS. Results show that the majority had rarely discussed HIV and AIDS with their family or teacher and had received most of their information from the media. Finds misinformation about transmittal, personal vulnerability, and the facts among both males and females. Participants report engaging in little at-risk behavior associated with HIV and AIDS.
