International Journal of Disability, Development and Education, v46 n2 p169-78 Jun 1999
A study investigated the relationship between condition of employment of 388 direct-care staff in the Netherlands and the distribution of their activities in residential facilities for people with intellectual disability. Results found that employee characteristics tended to affect nonresident-oriented activities of direct-care staff rather than resident-oriented activities. (Author/CR)
