Teaching Styles of Publicly Recognized Rural Teachers.
Norris, Joye Hall
Rural Educator, v19 n3 p39-42 Spr 1998
Survey of 21 award-winning rural Minnesota teachers used the Gregorc Style Delineator to determine cognitive and conceptual styles and collected data on demographic characteristics; classroom planning, organization, instruction, management, and assessment practices; teacher opinions about their own recognition for teaching excellence; and perceived impact on students. The overarching characteristic of this group of teachers was flexibility. (SAS)
