Analyzes struggles faced by African Americans regarding internet use by discussing how race and class based factors block many African Americans from cyberspace access and participation. Examines how the lives of African Americans on the World Wide Web and in real life are further hampered by violent, white racist internet use and briefly discusses the roles of tech-mentors and education in increasing minority internet use.
