Assessed the selection criteria of internship training directors (N=342) when choosing internship candidates. Also investigated the relative importance of application tasks, professional practice experiences, and academic course work by total sample of agency type. Results indicate that expectations vary by agency; implications for intern candidates and program training directors are included. (RJM)
