The World Wide Web is one way for middle school students and teachers to demonstrate creativity and innovation. Effective Web sites from Eastchester Middle School (NY), Monroe Middle School (WY) and Olmsted Falls (OH) are highlighted. The VOICES (Vision, Originality, Integrity, Community, Empowerment, Structure) methodology for Web site evaluation is described. (PEN)
