Educational Gains by Minority Students Threatened.
Hawkins, B. Denise
Black Issues in Higher Education, v13 n9 p10-11 Jun 27 1996
The American Council on Education's 14th annual report on the status of minorities in higher education suggests attacks on affirmative action could undermine the progress already made. Students of color continue to be underrepresented on most campuses. The report urges administrators to emphasize the educational benefits of affirmative action policies and faculty and students to educate themselves about them. (MSE)
