Use of Instructional Feedback and Modification Methods among University Faculty.
Shannon, David M.; And Others
Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education, v21 n1 p41-53 Mar 1996
A survey of 280 college faculty and graduate teaching assistants investigated methods used to gather feedback on teaching and use of that information to modify instruction. Results show amount of feedback and instructional modification did not vary significantly across variables of teaching experience and class size, and that teachers with some types of training used more methods to gather feedback.
