Reflects on challenges in establishing a new world civilization and outlines 16 principles for building sustainable, healthy, and spiritually balanced communities. Principles emerged from a 12-year process of reflection, consultation, and action within American Indian communities and are based on personal growth, social unity, spirituality, and the healing and development of families and communities.
