Discussion of the use of computers for psychological treatment highlights a methodology that uses a hand-held computer program as an adjunct to cognitive-behavior therapy for panic disorder. Use of the computer for treatment assignments as well as for the patient's diary is described and a case example is included. (Author/LRW)
