Focuses on the implications of lived theory (that is, theory as it is lived and practiced) within the arena of Asian American academic discussion and theorizing. The author highlights the critical issues that need to be addressed in order to bridge the gap between theory and practice and offers suggestions how Asian American Studies can contribute more to the community.
