Restructuring Japanese High Schools: Reforms for Diversity.
Shimahara, Nobuo K.
Educational Policy, v9 n2 p185-200 Jun 1995

Innovative high schools with "comprehensive" programs are emerging at a time when U.S. schools are promoting national academic standards. (30 references) (MLH)
