Tennessee secondary business teachers who serve as student organization advisors (n=60) had the following learning style preferences: organization, detail, people, and direct experience; and they had the following teaching style preferences: organization, authority, people, and direct experience. There was significant disparity between learning style and teaching style--61% do not teach the way they prefer to learn. No relationships were found among teaching style, learning style, experience, and education. (SK)
