The United Kingdom's Teaching Company Scheme, which facilitates technology transfer, provides industry-based training, and stimulates collaborative research, was evaluated by analyzing 95 programs. Two-thirds performed well, and one-third made outstanding contributions to competitiveness, growth, and management development.
