Bulach, Clete; Malone, Bobby
ERS Spectrum, v12 n4 p3-8 Fall 1994
Explores the relationships among school climate, group openness, group trust, and the implementation of two Kentucky reform initiatives: school-based decision making and nongraded primary classes. Participants included 292 teachers in 13 schools. The Tennessee School Climate Inventory and the Group Openness and Trust Scale were used. Results showed that school climate significantly affects implementation efforts. (34 references) (MLH)
