Applies Helms's racial identity models to supervision. Explores how racial issues might be discussed, or omitted from supervision, when the supervisor and supervisee exhibit various racial identity attitudes. Concludes that supervisors who are committed to competent training must be willing to reveal and openly discuss their racial identity attitudes. (RJM)
