Examined student and practicing teacher preferences for modes of working on students' academic, behavioral, and self-esteem problems. Working preferences (working with other professionals, letting other professionals handle problems, and working alone) varied according to teacher level of experience and grade level of teaching. Found significant relationship between collaborative work preferences and personal teaching efficacy. (Author/NB)
