Surveyed 1,147 Louisiana State University students to assess current alcohol and drug use behavior and related attitudes. Results revealed that 37% of respondents reported drinking once or twice a week; 4% drank daily. Beer was the beverage of choice and marijuana was the drug of choice, followed by cocaine. Only 11% reported smoking cigarettes on regular basis. (NB)
