Yoo, Jae-Won; Wright, Deil S.
Public Administration Review, v54 n4 p357-63 Jul-Aug 1994
Comparison of state administrator cohorts (1974, n=805; 1978, n=819; 1984, n=667; 1988, n=883) showed that those without public administration degrees had significantly higher perceived national influence. Education affected the perceived influence of those with short tenure, position affected influence of those with long tenure. (SK)
