Magner, Denise K.
Chronicle of Higher Education, v40 n6 pA18 Sep 29 1993
An annual survey of doctoral degree recipients found that in 1992, in comparison with the previous year, there were fewer African-American recipients, there were slightly more recipients in other ethnic and minority groups, and there were more women recipients. Student demographic characteristics, planned postdoctoral study and employment, and primary employment activities were also examined. (MSE)
