The Transformation of Educational Administration: The Hegemony of Consent and the Hegemony of Coercion.
Watkins, Peter
Australian Journal of Education, v36 n3 p237-59 Nov 1992

It is proposed that this change is actually a return to traditional, authoritarian administration. The situation in Victoria is offered as illustration. (MSE)
