Lessons from Team Work: Towards a Systematic Scheme for Course Development.
Foster, Geoff
Higher Education, v24 n2 p193-211 Sep 1992

It is proposed that, although generally individual faculty design new courses, there are good reasons (efficiency, cohesiveness, professional development, academic enrichment) for using a team approach.
