Investigates whether prospective teachers majoring in science and mathematics exhibit a different world view from students majoring in literary fields. Researchers asked both groups to write essays comparing their experiences with learning in two subjects. Analysis indicated two distinct cultures among the groups regarding education and learning of different subjects. (SM)
