A modified Delphi technique elicited opinions from 8 teachers, 12 teacher educators, 4 state supervisors, and 6 business/industry representatives. The 24 responses showed that microcomputers are used to teach agriculture and the uses of electronic technology and to manage instruction. Access to hardware, software, and instructional materials is a concern. (SK)
