The nine-credit program of comprehensive legal skills development runs through two years of the law school. Topics include the legal profession's history and structure; professional ethics; legal research and writing; interviewing and counseling; negotiating and dispute resolution; pretrial practice; and an introduction to trial and appellate practice.
