The Effects of Teaching Experience and Grade Level Taught on Teacher Stress: A LISREL Analysis.
Malik, Jennifer L.; And Others
Teaching and Teacher Education, v7 n1 p57-62 1991
In this study a LISREL model was tested to assess the effects of grade level and years of experience on stress in 166 Ohio elementary and secondary public school teachers. Grade taught had a negative effect on teacher stress. Teaching experience did not account for much variance in stress levels. (SM)
