Work value correspondence and vocational interest congruence data were collected from 106 males and 119 females during and 1 year after a vocational assessment program. Work value correspondence accounted for a significant portion of differences in satisfaction. Results suggested that interests combined with work values provide more accurate information for career decision making. (SK)
