Self and Community in a Fourth-Grade Global Education Project: Necessary Conditions for the Emancipatory Agenda.
Kanpol, Barry
Urban Review, v22 n4 p267-82 Dec 1990

Analysis suggests that the use of these concepts enabled teachers and students to resist values of the dominant ideology, such as negative competition and individualism. (DM)
