Examined whether discrepancies between perceived and preferred importance of faculty's union goals exist for combined sample of students, faculty, and staff and whether categories generated from factor analysis of sample coincide with factor groupings in previous research. Results suggest that discrepancies experienced by faculty are also experienced by students and nonfaculty staff. (NB)
