Data collected from 49 occupational therapy programs determined that 226 requests for funding were submitted from 1985-87. The $8 million received went for research, training, model programs, and research and development projects. The American Occupational Therapy Association, the American Occupational Therapy Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Education were the most frequently used funding sources. (SK)
