Schooling for Technological Change: Two Nations Once Again.
Ryan, Brendan P.
Interchange, v20 n3 p17-34 1989

This article argues that the proposed responses will produce antidemocratic elitist schools which are characterized by a tightly structured curriculum and uninspired teaching. (IAH)
