Arizona Interscholastic Association (Clark II)," the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reaffirmed that an association rule precluding boys from playing on girls' volleyball teams does not deny the boys equal protection even though it effectively eliminates boys from interscholastic competition in high schools without separate boys' volleyball teams.
